Pension Scheme:

From 1 April 1 2026, for teachers, the Trust will contribute 28.68% to your pension fund. Support Staff will receive a 16.8% contribution to their pension pot from the same date.

Our dedicated team at Habs Institute for Professional Learning is devoted to nurturing your professional growth. We offer excellent training opportunities for all staff throughout the year, including leadership programmes, and provide partial funding for qualification pursuits.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP):

Our EAP encompasses a 24-hour, free, and confidential counselling service. It includes access to online cognitive-behavioral therapy and management consultations to support Line Managers.

Enjoy complimentary access to the award-winning Headspace app, along with free yoga, meditation and mindfulness courses in the Perkbox Wellness Hub to enhance your overall well-being. 

As part of our on-going commitment to prioritise wellbeing, we have a number of trained Wellbeing Leads and Mental Health First Aiders, across the Trust.

We are also pleased to offer one-to-one online confidential wellbeing coaching support to all staff across the Trust

Flexible and family-friendly

We know it can be challenging finding the right work-life balance. We are able to consider flexible and family-friendly working opportunities to include part-time, term-time working and job-sharing arrangements. Our term dates operate slightly differently to other state schools, which means that that you can sometimes enjoy extra holidays!

Ride to Work and Cycle to Work Schemes:

Season Ticket Loans:

The Trust offers season ticket loans so that its staff members can take advantage of discounted annual fares for travelling to work by public transport.

The Trust provides staff with the opportunity to purchase computer and other IT equipment. All staff employed by the Trust are also eligible to participate in Microsoft's Home User Program (HUP).
