ITT Fee-Funded
- An undergraduate degree from a UK Higher Education institution or equivalent graded 2:2 or above. If you are applying to teach a secondary subject your undergraduate degree should be in a subject closely matched to the subject you will be training to teach, if the degree is not a close match, we require a C grade and above A-Level in the subject in which you will be training to teach and work-related experience.
- GCSE grades C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English (and Science for Primary)
ITT Employment Based
- An undergraduate degree from a UK Higher Education institution or equivalent graded 2:2 or above. If you are applying to teach a secondary subject your undergraduate degree should be in a subject closely matched to the subject you will be training to teach, if the degree is not a close match, we require a C grade and above A-Level in the subject in which you will be training to teach and work-related experience.
- GCSE grades C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English (and Science for Primary)
- Three years’ transferable work history
- Permission to work in the UK
Apprenticeship (PGTA)
- An undergraduate degree from a UK Higher Education institution or equivalent graded 2:2 or above. If you are applying to teach a secondary subject your undergraduate degree should be in a subject closely matched to the subject you will be training to teach, if the degree is not a close match, we require a C grade and above A-Level in the subject in which you will be training to teach and work-related experience.
- GCSE grades C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English (and Science for Primary)
- One - two years transferable work history ( preferably as an LSA or Teaching Assistant)
- Permission to work in the UK
