Annual carol service back at Southwark Cathedral

All Haberdashers' Academies Trust South schools bring in Christmas together at Southwark Cathedral on Monday 5th December with a spectacular carol service. 

The Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South Carol Service held at Southwark Cathedral has been an important part of our tradition for many years. As the Trust has grown and evolved, the contributions from our academies have grown too. We are now proud to have representation from each of our schools. This is a special moment in the calendar and provides an opportunity for all of our communities to come together and focus on the true message of Christmas – joy, peace and hope.

With hymns, choir performances, a very special solo piece, readings and celebrations, the service felt particularly special this year, as it was the first time we were able to hold our carol service face to face at Southwark Cathedral since 2019.
