About the role:
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the seamless continuation of learning by arranging and covering lessons for teaching staff during their absence. The successful candidate will actively engage with students, delivering lessons based on department plans while maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment. The post holder will collaborate closely with the HR team to uphold the highest standards of GDPR compliance, particularly concerning staff welfare.
