We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Assistant Principal to lead our Sixth Form at Haberdashers’ Knights Academy. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to shape a dynamic and growing Post-16 provision within a forward-thinking and values-driven Academy. Our Sixth Form is central to our vision for excellence, offering a rich and inclusive experience that enables students to thrive academically, develop as confident young adults, and progress to aspirational destinations.
As Assistant Principal, you will provide strategic leadership for the Sixth Form, building on strong foundations to further enhance the quality of education, student experience, and outcomes. You will work closely with a committed staff team to cultivate a culture of high expectations, intellectual curiosity, and independence, ensuring that every student is empowered to succeed.
