Staff Incentives
We know that staff are our greatest asset in achieving our vision for every school to be an excellent school and for our children and young people to flourish and succeed.
We have introduced the Talent Connect Bonus, Welcome Reward Programme and Milestone Appreciation Award schemes to incentivise like-minded and talented people who care about the work we do at the Trust to join us, be recognised and stay with us.
Talent Connect Bonus
Existing staff can refer a friend or connection to apply for a role at the Trust and receive a £300* bonus when they successfully complete their probation period.
How does it work?

Staff member recommends someone for a role in the Trust

The referred person applies directly to us (no agencies or other application portals will be eligible) and name their referee as a ‘Talent Connector’

If the referred person is appointed and goes on to successfully complete their probation period, the referring staff member will receive a £300 bonus
*subject to tax and National Insurance contributions, and other terms and conditions. Some senior leaders will be exempt from receiving the Talent Connect Bonus
Welcome Reward Programme
Those employed in ‘hard to fill’ roles to receive a Welcome Reward of £500** after successfully completing their probation period.
How does it work?

Direct applicants who apply for a ‘hard to fill’ role will receive a £500 reward once they successfully complete their probation period

Applicants will see the 'Welcome Reward stamp' on any relevant vacancy pages and on Recruitment Packs
** subject to tax and National Insurance contributions, and other terms and conditions.
Milestone Appreciation Award
Long-serving members of staff to receive a £500*** reward and congratulatory letter from the CEO for reaching 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25-year milestone anniversaries for continuous employment with the Trust.
How does it work?
- Staff members who reach a milestone work anniversary of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years will receive a congratulatory award of £500 and a letter from the CEO in recognition of their loyalty and commitment to the Trust.
*** subject to tax and National Insurance contributions, and other terms and conditions. Staff will not be eligible for the Milestone Appreciation Award if they are working under notice.
