The Youth Advisory Board
Every year, pupils across the Trust schools take part in meaningful conversations and discussions that go beyond their own classrooms, exploring how positive change can impact both their schools and the wider community. To further empower student leadership and strengthen the pupil voice, the Trust has established a Youth Advisory Board.
The Youth Advisory Board provides pupils with an influential platform to share ideas, promote collaboration, and drive positive change within the Trust and its surrounding communities. Representatives from each school meet once per term to discuss an agreed topic that encourages innovation, inclusion, and social responsibility.
Currently, the Board consists of around 15–20 members, with at least two student representatives from each of the nine Trust schools. This diverse group ensures that every school has an active voice in shaping the Trust’s values, initiatives, and community engagement.
